Workforce 2025 Registration Rates

Full Conference Registration
Access includes all sessions (capacity permitting), public networking events/receptions, and Exhibit Hall entry for the duration of the conference. Additional registration fees apply for any pre- or post-conference events, as indicated during registration.
One-Day Registration
Single-day registration grants access to all public convention activities (capacity permitting) scheduled for the selected day only. Additional registration fees apply for any pre- or post-conference events, as indicated during registration.

- To complete the online registration process, all registrants must have a user account with NACHC
- Each registrant must have a unique email address
- If a registrant does not have an account, please create one here to proceed with registration

Registration Policies
- Member/Nonmember pricing is based on your NACHC Organizational Membership Status. If you have questions about your organizational membership status, please contact membership@nachc.org.
- ONLY registered individuals may attend conference events. You must wear your badge to gain access to all events.
- NO REGISTRATION WILL BE PROCESSED WITHOUT PAYMENT.
- Acceptable forms of payment include: organizational checks (paper registration form only, checks cannot be accepted for online registration), all major credit cards, travelers checks (paper registration form only, checks cannot be accepted for online registration), and government purchase orders (provided an original vendor copy is presented with an authorized signature).
- Registrations must be received by the early-bird or advance registration deadline to receive those discounted rates. Registrations received after the advanced registration deadline, will be invoiced for the full conference registration amount.
- Personal checks will NOT be accepted for on-site
